Kerr & Wagstaffe elevates litigator Frank Busch to partner

SAN FRANCISCO, CA – Kerr & Wagstaffe LLP, a San Francisco-based boutique litigation firm, has announced the promotion of Frank Busch to partnership. Busch’s practice focuses on complex trial and appellate litigation. He represents companies, along with state and local governments, in a broad range of disputes including intellectual property, contracts, unfair competition, and trade secret issues in both California state court and federal courts across the country.

Busch is admitted to practice in California as well as the United States Supreme Court, United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, United States Court of Appeals for the 9th Circuit, Supreme Court of California, and the U.S. District Court for the Central, Eastern and Northern Districts of California.  He earned his Juris Doctorate from The University of Chicago Law School and a Bachelor of Arts from Yale University.
