Williams v. L.A. Fitness, Los Angeles Superior Court BC385623 The Los Angeles County Superior Court gave final approval to settlement resolving a lawsuit filed by Kerr & Wagstaffe LLP on behalf of consumers.  The settlement involves former members, who are entitled to choose monetary payments or 45 day club access passes, and current members, whose contracts will be improved to eliminate the challenged practices.
